Double Ribbon Mixer

Ribbon Mixers are a specific type of powder blenders that consist of 2 parts mounted on a central shaft. The mixing medium often consists of inner and outer helical ribbons that are designed to move material both inwards and outwards.
Ribbon Blender is mainly used for easy to mix powder components which are pre-processed like dried granules, pre-sieved powders etc. It is a LOW SHEAR mixer and mostly used for Powder - Powder Mixing.
For Poultry Feed, the Mixers are designed considering the Bulk Density of the Ground Feed i.e. 0.6gm/cc & the required Batch Size.
